The preparation contains a unique combination of 3 sources of magnesium, including the highly bioavailable amino acid chelate, which allows for optimal levels of magnesium. Magnesium, one of the most important minerals for the body, contributes to normal energy-yielding and reduction of tiredness and fatigue, as well as electrolyte balance, neurotransmission and muscle contraction including heart muscle.
The company Tiens has created a unique product with you in mind, which supplements the daily diet with the necessary ingredients that play a key role in the functioning of the body. TIENS Fizzy Forte - because we are talking about it, it is a dietary supplement that ensures energy maintenance for the whole day, thanks to its unique formulation.
Let's start with magnesium, because it is the main ingredient in this product and at the same time a chemical element necessary for the life of all living organisms. In the human body, about 60% of magnesium is in the skeletal system, in skeletal muscles there is about 20%, and the rest is distributed in other tissues and organs, such as the kidneys, liver and digestive tract. About 1% of magnesium is found in the extracellular spaces. It is worth mentioning that magnesium plays a very important role in the human body. It is an activator of over 300 enzymatic reactions, in addition, it takes part in many catalysis and synthesis reactions.
Tiens Fizzy Forte contains as many as 3 chemical forms of magnesium: magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate and magnesium bisglycinate chelate. The enrichment of the new product with two chemical forms was created so that the magnesium contained in it was better used in the body. Magnesium is important because:
Summarizing the above, it is worth mentioning that with the current rush or stress, taking care of yourself and having a healthy lifestyle is difficult. Magnesium deficiencies are very common. We forget to provide it with the diet, and drinking coffee or tea does not make it easier. These drinks are incompatible with divalent minerals. This means that excessive drinking of it can cause malabsorption of magnesium, iron or calcium. To prevent a deficit, eat a balanced diet. You should also remember not to drink coffee or tea with or shortly after a meal. Is it successful? Unfortunately not. Stress, responsibilities and you can list so long make many activities take place in the meantime. It's hard to keep your life in balance, especially now.
Health should be approached holistically and consciously - that is why Tiens Fizzy Forte, in order to meet all the needs that our body has, has been enriched with vitamins and minerals such as: potassium, vitamin C, manganese, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, selenium and vitamin B12.
That is why it is worth remembering about Tiens Fizzy Forte, so that through our actions, we approach life consciously and holistically - and our body will repay you for it.
Another ingredient worth describing is concentrated red beet juice. The beneficial effects of beetroot have been known for a long time. We often use it in the kitchen because, apart from its taste, it is characterized by a high content of B vitamins, vitamins C, A, E, K, minerals, e.g. magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, sodium or phosphorus and two little-known elements - cesium and rubidium and other values important for health (dietary fiber, antioxidants and folic acid). Beets owe their properties primarily to the fact that they are a source of anthocyanins and flavonoids, i.e. dyes: betaine and choline. It is worth mentioning here that in raw red beetroots there is a significant amount of folate, which helps to maintain proper metabolism of homocysteine. It is an amino acid that is produced in the process of protein digestion. Thanks to it, proper cell development and regeneration of damaged tissues is possible.
Tiens Fizzy Forte contains three more valuable ingredients that have not been mentioned before, and are equally important and it is worth presenting their action in this part, their role in the body is invaluable. These ingredients include: L-arginine, L-carnitine and corn extract standardized for superoxide dismutase (SOD).
L-arginine: This ingredient is indeed one of the key compounds in the body that affects its entire functioning. It is an amino acid that can be produced in the body from glutamic acid and proline, therefore it is an endogenous compound. It happens, however, that the body loses the ability to synthesize L-arginine and it is necessary to supply it with food. Why is it important? This amino acid plays a special role in the human body due to the fact that it is a substrate for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO). It is worth mentioning that the discovery of the mechanism of NO production in the endothelium of blood vessels was of great interest to scientists and doctors. For many years, research has been carried out on the role of L-arginine in maintaining the proper level of nitric oxide in the blood, and positive results in this area are visible. In the future, many studies, which are now showing positive results in the field of medicine, will be the key to many scientific discoveries.
L-carnitine: This is an organic chemical compound that was first isolated from muscle in 1905. In the human body, L-carnitine is synthesized in the liver, kidneys and brain from two amino acids, i.e. lysine and methionine. Carnitine occurs in the form of two isomers L and D. Natural carnitine is an L-stereoisomer and it is worth focusing on this form because it is biologically active. L-carnitine is located mainly in the skeletal muscles and the heart, and approx. 1.5% is located in the places where this compound is synthesized. Initially, L-carnitine was considered vitamin BT because it showed a mechanism of action similar to that of B vitamins. L-carnitine, however, could not be considered a vitamin because it did not meet the criteria of such classification. Accordingly, it is often referred to as a vitamin compound. This ingredient plays many important biological functions, including it is associated with the ß-oxidation process, i.e. the transformation of fatty acids and the production of ATP in the mitochondria. ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is a universal energy carrier in cells, necessary for the course of virtually all life processes.
Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is the most important intracellular detoxification enzyme and the most powerful antioxidant in the cell. SOD is naturally present in all oxygen-metabolizing tissues, and is most abundant in the cells of the blood vessel walls. Although SOD is found in products such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts or cabbage and it occurs naturally in the body, the deficiency of this ingredient is very common. Therefore, properly selected supplementation is so important to support the body in its most important functions.
